AT first you will not have assistive touch for enabling that you should go to settings/general/accessibility touch twice on assistive touch
incoming call fix :
goto settings/gravitybox/phone tweaks/tick on enable unknown caller photo and click on fullscreen caller photo and change value to full

with this rom can i move my apps to sd card with out rooting it?
