How do I flash this firmware? I'm stuck in recovery mode, my PHAB doesn't start. I can only use fastboot, recovery or adb. Help please!

For flashing you need to turn off your phone. Install the driver on your computer, run the program qpst flasher. Then hold down both volume buttons and connect the device to your computer. Must determine the device Qualcomm Lenovo HS-USB QDLoader 9008. See the picture
