This ROM have original Lenovo recovery, but if you want I attached a TWRP recovery for S650

- fixed camera problem
- fixed hungarian, russian, hebrew languages

- fixed caller ID problem in cal and in sms too
- the lenovo weather widget work with all city in the word
- Possible to remove these applications. Just take your fingers on app, and click on the red ix, but the next factory reset the removed apps, again appear!

Install ROM :
- Download FlashTools MT_6582_SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1328.0.183.7z, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- select DA DL All with Checksum
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press Firmware Upgrade"
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- install the vcom driver if you don't do this before
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after, yellow, grey and green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

@vigan, it's not a bug, you should set in wifi advanced option, "wifi always enabled during deep sleep".
V4 summary of bugs
1) green led not working
2) app can't be moved on external SD or internal memory SD
3) when turned off and charging the screen keeps black (not showing the battery status)

@gladix, on V4 radio is working fine (at least on my phone) have you conected headphones before starting the app?
yes headphones conected before open radio/in oficial rom working fine/in this not/
@itasky – thanks for request ,i know and i did already before but this looks to be just sleep mode not deep sleep .at me is just sleep on advanced settings from wifi.
still is not working also with sleep -wifi enablet ( i mean after more of 2 minutes no mail notification,no voip calls or text sms like viber -all i got as delayed missed calls or text sms) all turning active after screen is on
I don’t know what happen but now i can move without problem apps to the virtual Sd or External Sd (depend what selected as default on memory menu).
As far, for me the V4 has just 2 issues:
1) No green led
2) no battery status when charged off line (black screen, just red led)
There are also chinese characteres near the name of SMS author, when read incoming message

İm using one sim. Is there a way to remove the “slot 2 no sim card detected ” message at startup?
whenever i receive a call the phone doesn't recognize the contact stored in the address book because it doesn't recognize the home country code.
incoming call: +xx (country code) 123456
adress book: 123456
there is any way to change the default country code?
i edit: that happens only for SMS, not voice calls
