   It’s normal because the phone does not support 3G on second SIM.Just on the first one

   rums that supports 3 g in the sense 2: AOSP, jbmix, rums Carliv,,,,etc.

   ROMs that do not support the 3G sim 2: minideal, leva, MIUI,,,,,, etc,
