Go to recovery TWRP
-> wipe -> Advansed wipe
-> Cleaning -> Custom Cleaning
Select the checkbox:
-Dalvik the ART the Cache
-System
-cache
-Data
Next Instal (setting) choose our SD card and on it the firmware, confirm, wait , restart

- It does not work offline charging animation, the charge itself goes.

It works fine more or less (the camera crashes from time to time).
try another app from google play
Open Camera is available on play and f-droid, and it's great. Seems to work much more reliably. Just in case, have Kill Camera (f-droid) handy so you can kill the camera process without needing to reboot.
Is it possible to dirty-flash this over the previous LineageOS 32-bit release? I'll probably find out later… after a full backup.

Short answer: yes, you can dirty-flash this if you're already running LineageOS 7.1.1. Remember to clear cache/dalvik after flash, then reboot.
It seems faster, which is good. The FM radio still isn't working (so what?). Automatic rules in 'Do not disturb' are still in Russian. SELinux is now enforcing, which is new(?).

the main camera dont work, only work the front camera and rotated

the rear camera don't work with any app, opencamera, whatsapp, facebook, etc.
Can you send me sources, which were used for compile ? I want to help with development and test some optimization patches

When I paired a bluetooth speaker, Multimedia apps (music play, youtube, etc) stops.

Yes. Bluetooth issues here also. It won't play through a bluetooth device. Given more time, the phone becomes unresponsive. Given more it can go into a bootloop requiring battery removal.
