As MIUI 7 Rom pack is available in China but the strange thing here is that you can’t get it from MIUI websites because they are not in a mood to give it before 19th August, So they are not giving you Download link, Changelog of MIUI 7 version 5.8.13. But those who are in China Developer version can get MIUI 7 update and can update their Device to 5.8.13 MIUI 7 through OTA.
