Instructions for CWM or TWRP:
Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
– Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Complete, restart the phone. Patience required – first boot takes a while.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Yes, i changed device to mtk6592. Later i add manual how i do port MIUI to our STAR S7589 and everybody can do it.
Sad news.

Hello Greeshan , how are you?
Greeshan I follow your guide to port rom 4.3.28 from Jiayu g5 v8.
1- I download rom from xiaomi site unofficial multi rom.
2- i extract the contents to folder.
3- I download your port rom contents folder from our S7589 in your link
4- i open meta-inf script from rom folder in word and delete ( assert getprop like you say, and save)
5- i copy all contents from rom folder to your port rom folder and re-write every files who asked me.
6- I download translated camera from your link and replace camera.apk from System/apps like you say
7- i edit in word system build prop and system etc custom conf like you say replace jyu for s7589
8- i dont remove debris, just modem 7 from mddb ( like you say optional)
9- i download from your link script improvements and extract in Rom folder rewrite etc folder like you say
10 – after all i zip rom folder and transfer to sd card in s7589
21- reboot in recovery mode, wipe factory default , wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache and reboot recovery again.
22- now i click in install in recovery mode,select rom and swipe to install , but dont work .Error in beggining , like mdsum or something like that.
Please help me .

Not unzip ROM before copy my files! Open zip archive ROM in winrar or total commander and copy my files to archive with replace. After flash.

I use Rom 4.4.4 from needrom , because in Xiaomi site just , 4.3.28.

now edit with notepad works.

First error on 4.4.4 i port .
Google play services crash every time (force close) when install or update each software.
maybe because i dont remove debris you told?
Second error Greeshan.
I try 4.3.28 and 4.4.4. same error.
1- Google play services stop to work every time.
2- WSM TOOL framework incompatible SDK 17 error.
I do like you say.
All with Winrar, remove debris too , with and without script improvements files too.
The google play services error start after update services necessary.
The other things works fine.

To fix error google, try install GAPPS from theme where you download multilanguage MIUI
