i can't download themes "download failed:4000" and i can't see previews
the problem with "download themes" is solved . delete the MIUI folder in TWRP and in apps clear data and cache

after first good install, I get only bootloops while doind a restart

backup all ur data and del System Dalvik ./ Cache data and internal storage than install Rom. after finish install del again dalvik / cache
