Multilanguage?
MIUI updates usually don't differ between devices, except in what concerns bug fixes, which may be specific for some. I don't think it's advisable to port a Redmi Note 3 MIUI ROM when there's already a Redmi Note 2 MIUI ROM with pretty much the same features. Being 7.2.5 or 7.2.3 means very little, plus, you get device specific crap, like drivers for fingerprint scanning, useless on RN2.
