REBOOT IN RECOVERY AND BACKUP YOUR ROM

CHOOSE ONE PARTITION THAT YOU NEED IT AND INSTALL ZIP

AFTER AUTOREBOOT AND BACK TO RECOVERY DO WIPE ALL (FORMAT SYSTEM,DATA,CACHE,DALVIK)

RESTORE YOUR ROM, REBOOT or DO FRESH INSTAL YOUR ROM

  you must flash that partition with custom recovery like cwm or twrp, not do this on stock recovery.
  extract all file on sdcard so you can choose everytime you need change your partition.
  for cusrom like sony,vibe or samsung need system partition over 700++mb
