     Is your Bootloader Unlocked.

   If it is , then switch off your device now press the power+vol down key together for 10 seconds then release only the vol down key and keep holding the power key for 3 more seconds then release the power key also. Now you would be fastboot mode.

   Download the files and do as mentioned

   Connect usb cable

   open the downloaded stock folder and then files directory 

   in that window itself press SHIFT on keybaord and right click on empy space in the window.and click on OPEN COMMAND WINDOW HERE.

   now LEFT CLICK AND DRAG THE FILE NAMED    5.0 to 4.4.2 ON THE COMMAND WINDOW AND PRESS ENTER.
