The Way of Flashing a custom rom via cwm recovery.

copy the into ROM into SD card(SD/)
Reboot The Mobile Into Recovery Mod or After shutdown Mobile Press Volume UP + Power Button to Start Recovery Mod.
Now press Wipe Partition/Factory Reset -> Press Yes.
Now Press Wipe Cash -> Press Yes.
Now Press Install zip From Sdcard -> Press Yes.
then wait for setup finished.
reboot phone.
it took 3/4 min.
after start mobile Active net and try to connect play store.
IF play store show "no connection retry"..(no need to worry this is not bug just payment step skip any way that why play store not connecting. )
Download the play store bug fix (Download)
Reboot mobile into CWM recovery mod.
do not wipe any thing just setup the play store bug fix from SD/
Now you have done all..
Reboot and enjoy the ROM.
