Install with Flashtool (backup all your personal data, unzip files from newman K1B(mtk6589).zip, launch FlashTool program on PC, select scatter file from newman K1B(mtk6589) folder, click download, turn off phone, take out battery, install battery, connect the phone to USB and wait few minutes).

Tested and work fine.
