I don't really care about MM, but what Mr-Needrom has here is an excellent vanilla ROM that puts K3 Note in the same league as Nexus flagship lines.
I hope the next version fixes the little bugs and make it fully compatible with the hardware – dt2w, LED notification, handling memory. Perhaps even further fine-tune how the OS handles memory.
For a phone it's important that it's FAST with all the basic functions FULLY FUNCTIONAL then it would be nice to have some more features. Most ROMs for K3 Note (including VibeUI-based) overlooks the basics and focus on fancy features. In this regard, Nexus V2 is one of the few that got it right.
After 7 months with K3 Note, Nexus V2 is still the best.
Dr. Root is already working on V3: "i would release a 5.1 ROM which is waaaay better and faster then the V2. i hope i could also get DT2W and LED working out of the box"
He wont make a MM atm: "Since i want to make an AOSP like ROM, i need a MTK 6.0 firmware, which is based on AOSP. The Vibe UI is not the thing i am looking for. "

In my eyes he is doing right. His 5.1 Rom is really stable, fast and has a great battery backup. I think its defintily faster and easier to improve this version before he is working on a MM version. Atm the MM roms draining to much battery, and i really hate that the sd card is not really fully supported in MM.
Hey, maybe you can help dr. root guys. He is thinking about wich rom he should use as base for his next Version.
