Installation

1. [B]Install or update to latest TWRP (min. 3.2.0 required since 2018-01-25)[B]
2. (Optional) Download Open GApps and/or Magisk
3. Move all downloaded files to your phone (if you download them on your PC)
4. Reboot to TWRP
5. (Recommended, but optional) Create a backup of data and system
6. If you are new to Android O, wipe Dalvik, Data, System and Cache
7. Flash the Android O-build 
8. Reboot
