This is official kitkat ROM from T11. Found in official THL portugal site.

* Flash Version (SP Flash Tool)
* Multilanguage version
* Not rooted
* Gapps include
Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select scatter file (MT6592_Android_scatter.txt)
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Choose Option/Download/DA DownLoad All
- Turn off your phone
- Select Firmware upgrade and press Download button
- And connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Hello scatter does not work, but I know has make that this scatter load: 1)download original firmware for thl t11 4.2.2 and take scatter from 4.2.2 firmware and insert this file with replacement to firmware android 4.4.2 and your phone will be successfully sewn.
For scatter problem all you have to do it's edit it and remove "BIRDTOOLMINVER[3.4]". Save the file. It will work now…
Thanks buddy, I removed this "BIRDTOOLMINVER[3.4]" and everiting is ok.I had flashed this rom and now I will test it.In first look everiting is ok.
I have a custom rom installed. To install this oficial ROM is it the same process?

an info, pls:
in other 4.4.2 roms for me all works quite well, but Wi-Fi de-active itself, when screen turn off; it re-active itself when screen turn on. It causes that whatsapp messages arrive only when screen is on.
in this rom is there the same issue?
