You need to install TWRP and restore this backup through the twrp recovery. You may need to copy the backup folder to the twrp backups folder.

@W4b Yes, you can fix it, just rename the .win files to a .tar files, now you can decompress them with 7zip or Winrar, remove those files (most of them use to be at system > vendor > app > and also operator > app). Then recompress the .tar files, rename them again as .win files, create a .zip file and flash it through the TWRP, that should do the trick
Tried to restore with TWRP but the file provided from link is not an image file .img
How do I flash it please?
TWRP allows you to flash .zip or .img files, as this is a rar file, you can't flash it without prior conversion to .zip file, so decompress the .rar file and compress it again as a .zip file… Now you can flash it through TWRP
