The zip contains just recovery.img

If you have the stock ROM in Flashtool format, please get scatter.txt file from your ROM, copy it with recovery.img of deidered recovey ina  sperate folder.
Install the USB preloader driver, downlaod latest version of Flashtool, run Falshtool, load scatter file from separate fodler (it flagegd automatically just RECOVEY partition), select Flashtool mode=DOWNLOAD ONLY, and flash.

You could aslo flash it (if device is rooted) with app like ex. Flashify/Rashr.
Copy the recovery.img file info SD folder, Downlaod and install Flashify or Rashr, run it and flash recovery.
