   Hi All, 

   Please i can't get this Steps : 

   The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
   
   
   - And green circles display

   It's doesn't work whit me.

   Question 1 : please tell me a solution for thins steps..
   Question 2 : is it possible to remove the battery of POMP C6s ?!

     you can not remove battery from phone follow following step,

      

     when you click download, press phone power button and volume down button, then choose restart from the menu displayed,

     thats it now watcha and wait it to finish and display green ok circle.

   for people experiencing problems (not flashing and phone doesnt respond) due to problems in flashing and the impossibility of take out battery, the solution is take the battery out, so you definetely have to open the phone, sorry

   you have to open phone and disconect plug from battery, close and flash again
