Step for Installing RR
1. Download the ROM
2. Put at your SD Card
3. Go to TWRP

Updated to V2 & observations so far
battery – could be better
OS – fast & responsive
Wifi – no problem
Overall – nice rom

After 2 days using:
Battery not very bad but other roms are Vetter
Wifi disconects randomly
Mobile Network better than MAD rom but stock was Vetter
Some apps randomly crash
Problems with screen mirroring
That are all problems for me so far

I can't install gapps after rom. Tried with 2 different micro verions. It says that it detects 6.1, not 7.1.x. I did full wipe first.
Am I missing something? Also, after starting the Rom, in About phone, I get Android version 6.0.1. Wrong upload?
You need to use Pico version

can i dirty flash hen coming from RC1?
I did without a problem after doing basic wipes. I did reinstall Gapps though
I updated to RC2, so far only bluetooth ist buggy. I loose connection after a few seconds anderen after that bluetooth is turned off and can't get turn on again. So I am not able to connect my smartwatch. With RC1 there was no problem
Update afte 3 reboots bluetooth is working without problems
Wifi is better than RC1
Battery: Deepsleep is working better (Only 1% drain in 2h)
Running smooth till now, don't have any problems with it; Bluetooth connection works just as other roms so no biggie, smart wearable is connecting fine

@0312Penner: Maybe a clean flash will help you with BT connection
