Metodo de Instalacion
1) Abrir Flash Tool
2) Seleccionar MT6582_Android_scatter.txt (en pestaña Scatter-loading)
3) Darle click en el boton donwload
4) Conectar el celular apagado
5) Esperar que finalize el proceso.
5) Desconectan el mobil
6) Realizamos un hard reset. para entrar en recovery Teclas Vol+ y Power juntas, soltamos power cuando aparezca el logo de la compañia, elejimos wipe data y luego damos yes el proceso empezara, luego reinician y todo debera de funcionar al 100%.

Para los que le de error: BROM_ERROR: S_COM_PORT_OPEN_FAIL (1013)
La solucion es tener preciona el boton Menos (-) + El poten de encendido al mismo tiempo y Luego precionar en Flash Tool precionar Donwload . Una ves comience el proceso soltar inmediatamente los botones del alcatel y listo.

Excelente, sólo que a mi me funciono cambiando en el flash tool la opcion de download only por format all + download y si lo reconoció y realizo correctamente el proceso.
