it's an official rom with Android 5.1 for Blackview bv5000
to install you need to have a custom recovery i recomrowing TWRP
1. All cloths except the internal memory and the memory card. So:

You entered a TWRP mod-rekaveri. Goto Wipe  ADVANCED, we put daws in front: Dalvik Cache, System, Cache, Data, Sliding to clean.

2. The cleaning is finished. Go to the main menu for mod recovery. There we will install. In the Install section that looks for the sd card, where you downloaded the firmware

3.Click the zip file, the window will appear with the slide to install. Slide to install and start the firmware installation

4. At the end of the firmware, the phone will reboot
