     probably is because the rom is MX (Mexico) country, still i don't recommend you to flash nvdata and nvram because if your phone is unlocked, it will lock to AT&T and some 3g/4g frecuencies are not the same, i flashed roms of other phones from other countries, flashed nvdata and nvram partitions and 3g didn't work anymore

   i need working nvram for L675 because i flashed it and imei is not working, *#*#3646633#*#* cds info is showing only "phone1", my phone is dual sim.

     the problem is that you flashed an Mexico single sim rom of Hisense L675, also probably you flashed nvdata, nvram or other partitions that should not be flashed

      

     When you flash any firmware is recommended to only flash system and boot partitions, logo is not necessary if it's not damaged, also y highly recommend to never flash Digicel roms, they block you 3g network for only them

   habia instalado otra rom pero no funcionaba la camara frontal pero con esta rom volvió a funcionar muchas gracias
