Hi Guys , I am presenting you the Very first Custom Rom for Ulephone Be touch 2 based on our faviourite MIUI 7 Beta Version released
               This has been ported from other device for Ulephone B Touch 2 . Please Note this is a Beta Release you may expereince some bugs during you usage




 

!!!!DISCLAIMER:Rooting your phone and using custom ROMS have risks,You may brick your Device if instructions not properly followed .I will not be responsible for any brick devices , It is always advisable to make a backup of your phone before proceeding ….Blah blah ……blah !!!!!  

 

 

 

Pre-requisite :

 

 

 

 

 

1. Rooted phone.
2. TWRP Recovery Installed
I have Only tested this on TWRP Recovery You mau use CWM recovery and Flash the rom

 

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

   Download Rom and copy to Sd card
Reboot into TWRP Recovery
Go to Wipe Option in TWRP
Go to  Advanced Format option
Choose cache ,Data ,Sytem and Dalvik cache partition and swipe for Formatting.
Flash ROM = wait until finish
First time boot after flashing take time ..please be Patient
 
All Done enjoy!!

 

Basic GAPPS Flash Tutorial
 

 

1. After first boot reboot your phone to recovery again.
2. Select [install zip from sdcard] → [choose zip from sdcard]→ [XXX-GAPPS.zip] → [YES]
3. Wait flash finished, press Back and select reboot system now [], the  phone going to automatically restart with installed GAPPS.
4.Set up your Google and Xiaomi Accounts(for themes).
Working :
Wifi , Camera (fixed). Bluetooth ,all other basic functions
Known Bugs:
Mi Video Player Video Freezes audio continues .
solutiom :Alternate Video Player included.
Video Camera -Not saving the video you may use other camera apps for shooting video and save them .
 
Tweaks:
 
Android Keyboard included.
Alternate Video player included
Aleternate Music Player Included

    Hi

    After a week's use, i have only 2 complaints on this rom. 1 is a bug, the other is feature request.

    1. My internal memory seems to be full even though i saved only 80mb data and i have less than 20 apps installed. The total capacity of the internal memory is above 12gb.

    2. Fingerprint scanner is really important to me,its the main reason i choose BT2 over K3, it will be great if its included in the next update. So also will be app2SD

    Once again thank you so much for this great rom, it makes Be Touch 2 a phone again. Thanks for ur efforts

    some bugs i found in this rom
    1. brightness levels when in minimum the screen becomes dark, and its impossible to see. (really dark, like its turned of)
    2.facebook videos also crash image and the sound continues
    3.facebook app doesnt open conversations 

    4.facebook messenger app doesnt open conversations in those litle bubbles. 
    5.the frigreprint button doesnt wake the phone
    6.front camera doesnt have flash
    7.youtube videos also crash
    8.reading mode makes screen yellow

    looking forward for a new version of this rom
