Hello, I put the rom into my ALPS N9500 and the screen not refresh correctly. I have need activate the "Disable HW overlays" in the Developer options. With this option activated the screen see well. The problem is when I reboot, this options disable again and I need to press (for example) VOL – all the time (to force refresh screen) while I navegate until de Developer Options.
please try to reflash and wipe everythink,factory reset and cach partition.
I have to say . This is the best stable room I’ve installed so far . But I still suffer from camera resolution .
My old S2 9100 camera is better than this one . So what we are missing??
did you check up Jpeg quality?
Hi, I installed the variant Rom and it bricked my phone, I think the drivers are not for my iPhone’s does someone know how to start in recovery mode with the buttons please ? I have black screen after the boot.
did you try the main firmware before installing the variant?

I found the camera quality much better than xperia s and xperia sp (not by night but in daylight of course). You have to go in the settings and put the best quality. For the video also.
Can someone help please for the recovery mode start ? I can not enter the mode since my screen drivers are not good.
did you make backup?copy the backup files for SDCARD to you PC add scatter file use sp flash tool to reflash BOOTIMG , RECOVERY , ANDROID , CACHE.
Yes I did. Thanks. Gonna try it now. Because I have an other problem. I could start the recovery and install the zip of the 4.3 Rom that was stable but I just switched off the phone and now it stays on booting logo and android logo. It boots eternally. Big problems.
just copy the backup files from SDCARD /sdcard/Clockworkmod/backup/(date) to your pc,the add your scatter file to (date) folder ,with flash tool flash only BOOTIMG , RECOVERY , ANDROID , CACHE.
then you will be able to start RECOVERY MODE.
No I didn’t try the main firmware.
Okay, with the method you gave (volume + and power) I managed to install my back up.
I think my sd card is too small. Always say me there not enough place.
if you used the CWM RECOVER to do backup,it shoul be on described folder copy them to PC using external card reader.
