DESCRIPTION

If other Be Touch 2 ROMs just give a green or pink screen on your phone, try this "option 2 ROM" which has a different graphics driver.

It is available via a link on Ulefone's website but I lost count of the number of times my download failed before I eventually managed to get a copy. So I'm uploading it here to help anyone who finds themselves with the same problem.

Please note: since there are two versions of the phone which need different ROMs, please do not vote this down if it does not work for you. Use an option 1 ROM instead, such as the ones from s7yler.

Instructions:

I assume that you already have the relevant COM port drivers installed. If not, get them first. Back up any data you want to keep.

Extract the .rar file to its own folder.

Run SP_Facility_DL_Tool.exe

Take the back off the phone and remove battery, SIM card and memory card

Click "Scan"

Connect the phone via its USB cable to your computer (this is done after the above step so that Windows drivers do not auto load and get in the way)

If the scan succeeds in finding the right COM port, proceed to the next stage. If not, scan again.

Unplug the phone from the USB port. Insert the battery into the phone but leave everything else off.

Click "Start"

Plug the phone's USB cable into the computer again (this is done after the above step so that Windows drivers do not auto load and get in the way)

Progress bar should start to move in a few seconds. Wait until progress bar is at 100%.

Flash complete. Disconnect the USB cable, put everything back in your phone and power it on. It takes a long time to get past the splash screen first time around.
