No, your ROM is not used in Turkey. because: WCDMA-PCS-1900 is not marked, so no network is going while moving
Today I've seen the rom of thl 5000 (kitkat) ported to Iocean X7S, in needrom: how is possible? I think the two firmware should be too different
Some people have problems with G3 here on this ROM.

Im´m from portugal too andthe roms of this 2 links don´t give the 3G, i found in my computer the Rom of Bader but the T100S-4.3+Xposed and solve my problem , now i have again the 3G conection
its just for says the T100S-4.3+ Xposed have the band WCDMA-PCS-1900
today uploaded a new rom and patch must be fix you'r problem

back to 4.3, all good
