If you are talking about CM13 (marshmallow), it's far from complete, limitations of kernel are hard to surpass, it already boots but with many bugs, (no wifi, no bluetooth, no gps, etc.).

There are no Official build of TWRP nor CM12.1. All that roms are built based on the original kernel 3.4.67 (kitKat), but all are working.
