Unlock Bootloader frist:

Step: reboot to fastboot mode ( adb reboot bootloader)

in cmd adb type fastboot oem unlock

choose yes. phone will factory reset

  Use SP-Flash-Tool-v5 to install Twrp.
  Download SP-Flash-Tool-v5.1528.00 link: http://spflashtools.com/window.....sh-tool-v5-1528
