I am not an expert at this AT ALL. I just somehow successfully ported TWRP intended for the S3 Pro, which has similar hardware.
If someone wants to download, tweak because they know what they are doing, then post back up as themselves, PLEASE contact me < needrom@ttas.onl > so that I can then take down my version so to not overwhelm or confuse future hunters with excess noise on this site.

*NOTE: Once you option-boot into Recovery, you have to press the PWR button once to light up the display otherwise it looks like nothing happened.
Other things I determined since Porting this ROM.
1. The System subscribes to Forced-Encryption, which I personally prefer to have disabled so I used TWRP to install Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt_12.27.2019.zip so that the USERDATA partition could be backed-up.
2. I used TWRP to install Magisk-v19.4.zip in order to root the phone.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
Could be a glitch that someone could fix OR it's just my sdcard but backups in TRWP seem to become corrupted with the sdcard is involved; either save to or copied to. If the backup is made to and restored from internal storage only, no problem. I may try a newer sdcard just to rule out a failing card.

Reminder, I am an amateur. I was surprised I was able to follow ROM Porting videos on YouTube and was able to come up with something semi-functional. Reminder, press PWR after booting to TWRP otherwise you will think it's not working. I updated my inital post to include how I overcame the forced-encryption by the System.
So I have rooted my device with this twrp version, Unlocked the bootloader and ran all commands through ADB.
To get around encryption I formatted the data twice and then mounted sd card and flashed magisk as well as universal dm verity disenabler zip which can be found on XDA.

Working for me
Does not work
1. Flash all partitions using stock rom.
2. Flash only my rom to the Recovery partition.
3. Boot holding vol up.
4. Use vol up to make selection.
5. Use vol down to confirm.
6. Wait 20 sec or so, pressing the power button periodically.
7. Wipe Data twice.
8. Using TWRP, install magisk then decryption patches from downloads above.
9. Restart into system. Enjoy.
