This update (31.12.2015) has not appeared on my Paris – showing a buld dated 21.12.2015, is it a newer version ?
On the Ulefon blog I found info only about Paris X update for around this time – 29.12.2015.

Dear UleFone, finally I have seen today the new version firmware for Ulefone Paris, uploaded on your cloud…thank you…but I have one question for you:
When you has released the OTA, the version firmware was dated 21/12/2015, instead this full firmware is dated 31/12/2015. Out of curiosity, I have decompilated the applications and the kernel and I realized that was really compiled on 31/12/2015, ie 10 days after the release of OTA, something that you have never done with previous updates. Everytime you release, the OTA and full firmware have the same date, although released after a few days.
I wanted to know why this "double compilation" … are the two firmware, different into something ???

Dear new, Thank you for contacting customer support of Ulefone Mobile.
This version received few minor fixes in the kernel codes. So, basically, it is insignificantly better than OTA version. The software you download is more suitable for manual installation.

Supplier should be a little more informative supplier – anyway Ulefone has released many updates, whereas others have done nothng to support the clients, leaving it to them.
