I bought Ulefone recently and it restarted by itself, someone knows to tell me what I can do?
same for me bro i don't want to ship it back to china as i need it NOW, if you have a solution, tell me, i'll do the same i f i have one!
Same problem bro. It restarts by itself and it always shows apps crashes. I,ve already tried to install an old version, cleared cache, wipes and so on, but the problem remains. Waiting for custom roms, without any android 8.0 update, I think custom roms it's the only solution.
were able to solve??????
It is a hardware defect. No you can't fix it. The BGA Chip or a very small ceramic transistor is failing.
Reflashing or reseting won't do anything it will still randomly crash or restart because one of the bga's chips is failing or the ceramic transitor underneath the metal cooling plate
This issue has been know for 2 years.
