Cyanogenmod12.1 (Android 5.1.1) for the Umi Zero ported by Kio, DSCH8 and Akoh
Please consider that there are still some bugs that will be fixed as soon as possible
Uploaded & shared by s7yler with full permission from DSCH8.

- Cyanogenmod 12.1 based on Android 5.1.1 (Version from: 02-08-2015)
- Play Store / Gapps
- Rooted, SuperSU
- Very smooth UI/Launcher
- Camera works, Backlight in the touch buttons, support Themes

Known Bugs:
- Audiorecording doesnt work
- You need to enter wifi key again after every disconnect
- It can take up till 1 minute to connect to wifi and sim services after reboot

Remind: These Bugs cant be fixed, untill the sourcecode is released
Contacts will be automaclly imported after some reboots

- Rooted Umi Zero
- TWRP 2.8.6.0 Recovery

Instruction:
Make sure, you´ve put all files ( BETA-SuperSU, CM12.1.zip, gapps, SELinuxModeChanger.apk) onto your sdcard (or to internal storage, can also work).

0. Make sure to enable USB-Debugging
1. Shut down your phone
2. Press volume down + power to boot into recovery during restart
3. Your in recovery now, please create a backup
4. Go to wipe and wipe system, cache and data | It could take some time
5. Go to install and choose the Cyanogenmod12.1.zip, Beta-SuperSU.zip and gapps.zip and flash it
6. It will take some time, now press Reboot
7. The first bootup will take some time
8. Now install the SeLinuxModeChanger and change to Enforcing, then to Permissive
12. Restart your phone
13. You´ve successfully flashed Cyanogenmod12.1 and rooted your phone
14. If anything wont work, restart the phone again or ask DSCH8 on facebook

How to flash the TWRP:
1. Download the TWRP
2. Install Rashr ( see downloads )
3. Now choose the option to flash in Rashr and search for the TWRP.img
4. Then flash it and your done.
5. You can skip step 1+2 in instruction when you choose "reboot into recovery"
6. You´ve successfully flashed TWRP-recovery

    The battery is quickly discharged. 4 hours in standby mode - 50% gone.

    i didn't belive my eyes when i saw the video, but it's actually good new to have lollipop on UMIZero …. unfortunately we have to wait for the bugfree, thanks for posting it …. looking forward for the bugfree version

    anyone having trouble getting SElinux mode changer app to install…am trying after having to set system to r/w in es file explorer,(it was read only by default),usb debugging enabled…but the APK refuses to install…also the device will not show when connected to a p.c. just shows unkown device so cannot access the internal or ex sd card memory via p.c.

    I see you doing very good works on many android devices and i respect you…
    I just wanted to know if you can work on this cm11 rom for Umi Zero

    I installed it, 3g/2g doesnt work, no contacts sync, no video recording, no sound recording, some lags while browsing settings menu, etc. 

    I belive you can fix them and give us a great cm11 rom for Umi zero.

    i've followed all the steps, i got no errors, but after it booted i got the "unfortunately, music has stopped", "unfortunately, google play services has stopped" and so on…file manager is also not working. any ideeas how to fix this?

    Sometimes to fix fc it works a fix permissions from recovery. With latest twrp recovery I get no error, did u make all wipes (data, cache, dalvik) before flashing?

    Nearly every process stops working, i.e google play, google, music, and file manager so i can't even fix the network issue
