Use it with sp Flash tools, this is the factory image file for software version 3.08

Hi guys, after flash with SP Flash tool using "Format all + download" touchscreen does not work anymore! The phone boot correctly…but the touchscreen does not function!!!
I tried to re-flash old version 3.05 but the result is the same!
Do you have any suggestions?
HELP MEEEE!
