ROM UMI X2 – ROM Android 4.2.1
Based on ROM Official UMI X2 version : Build 20130725-172948
Changes:
CWM-R recovery.img v6.0.3.6 based on carliv@xda (EN)
boot.img (root in shell)
system.img (root in system, gps fix via gps.conf optimized for Europe, GPS Runner Fix)
All Gapps included (also Paystore, Search bar)
Purged all applications with Chinese language
Language support: Multilang
Install ROM :
-Save your userdata
-Save your IMEI's data
-Unpack the archive
Update:
Use flashtool.exe (please downloaded from other ROM's descriptions)
Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt from Archive
Deselect the PRELOADER Section!
Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
Press F9 (or hit Download button) and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
And green circles display
Finish !
Firmware Upgrade (required if you comes from other ROM!):
Use flashtool.exe (please downloaded from other ROM's descriptions)
Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt from Archive
Select all Section!
Choice the SEC_RO, CACHE and USERDATA image file from archive
Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
Press F9 (or hit Download button) and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
And green circles display
Finish !
You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on and restore your userdata.

I could not make my device work with flashtools. It was never identified. So , OraNeedROM, request to you to publish the CWM receovery image , so that we can also have a tatse of the flavour….

Yes, You need the VCOM MTK driver and flashtool.
Thanks i was try but windows don`t find the digital signature and con´t not install the driver, I use windows8 64 bits.

this rom create partition 2 gb only. i have partition 5 gb but convert to 2 gb any solve??
Please check in FT only Android, recovery, boot and use your own scatte file, please

After following the procedure, System says internal mamory 1,48 GB… where is the rest of the 32??
ok, i got it… i tried to set up my phone without a SIM-card… and then it displays the wrong memory size :-/
Do you have actual experience with MTK phones? MTK 6589T has the same system architecture and is only clocked higher.
SIM is not equal SD Card:(

Unfortunately, this does not solve the GPS accuary's problem. Fix ok but accuary is bad.
I owned a "normal" one, but 1,5 and 1,5 Gig of mem without SDCard installed seems not to be correct… what do you think?
