Tool: SP_MDT_exe_v3.1504-A2015.03.18-v06-customer
You can also refer to this flash guide:
1. Decompress the package, find the SP Flash Tool. Or download here: SP flash tool or SP_MDT_W1428 
2. Double click the flash tool application.
3. Click download, then you click Scatter-loading.
4. Open the firmware folder.
5. Click “MTXXXX Android scatter” txt file.
6. The interface will like the picture showing below.
7. Click Download.
8. Click your phone to computer via USB cable.
9. It will download automatically, when the progress bar is full, it means the flash is finished.
Updated as well just now
1. flash back stock recovery
2. go to About -> Update, check for updates and perform update.
3. after first reboot, reflash back custom recovery menu
no issues so far

I solved my problems blocking.
reading the scatter of the Roma stock of this post.
but reached the end, I was always a worry.
The rear camera is reversed with many parasite on the photo
I do not understand why

Hello. My F3 Pro has exactly the same camera problem after Flashing this ROM. Even after update !! Some one has maybe the answer ?

Gearbest me balade avec des questions auquels j'ai déja répondu plusieurs fois
le probléme n'est pas résolue, je leur ai expliqué que j'ai tout fait ( recovery, rom stock, mise a jour OTA, rom custom, Rom R12 , Factory mode via le recovey chinois et via android ). Bref antre les photos, les numero de séries et tout et tout, je sent qu'il vont me la faire a l'envers.
regarde les photos que je leur ai donné, c'est pris avec le 13MPX et juste réduit pour passer leur format de Ticket…c'est dégueulasse
En effet, c’est pas évident. De mon côté j’attends des nouvelles de Doogee (espoir, espoir), mais surtout de mon vendeur très efficace et correct. Toutefois pas encore de news de leur part.
Le firmware était daté du 18.11.2015 me semble-t-il avant flashage.
Au fait tu ne m’as pas répondu, ton tel c’est celui avec le dos en bois ?

If we had more experience this bug after flash. I think we will have to ask the question of the camera driver.
That let assume that some F3 would not have the samsung sensor registered in this specification in the "rom stock".

Yo creo que la unica solucion es flasear un recovery de la compilacion 2015.11.18 ,
Doogee no quiere facilitar la copia de la compilacion, por que?, He intentado contactar con Doogee para pedir backup de la compilacion y me han respondido que devuelva el smartphone al vendedor (geekbuying), para que me lo repongan en garantia. Por que Doogee no quiere facilitar esta compilacion que afecta a muchos usuarios?
Si tienes un Doogee F3 Pro con la compilacion 2015.11.18, no actualices ROM, se estropea la camara y por momento no tiene solucion.
Por favor, alguien puede facilitar un backup de la compilacion 2015.11.18? creo que por el momento es la unica solucion para poder reparar el problema de la camara trasera.

I’ve had to copy this files to a previous Carlisle backup folder.
But everything (camera) is working well now.
