DESCRIPTION
This is a Lollipop UI of Kitkat(4.4.2) rom for Lenovo A806 phone.
Now Camera works ! WIFI, BT, GPS sound I/O also working. I don't confirm 3G/LTE.
I build this ROM following Ajit Uchiha's instruction.

I replaced boot.img, /system/etc/firmware /system/lib (related to camera lib), etc.
The based KitKat rom is here.

To working camera, I followed this instruction.

I don't replace Bluetooth.default.so, audio-policy.default.so, libaudiofinger.so, libc.so from AOSP rom.
They makes comflict to Lollipop UI rom.
No Exchane service at first boot. Skip first wifi setting (keyboard not work until Voice typing off).
I put this rom for developers, not for daily use.
I hope someone will improve this rom.
Install:Use TWRP. Format the phone before installaion.
After installtion, update Apps via Google Play Store.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
I think SystemUI.apk from Lollipop is not working.
I tried several framework-res.apk from Kitkat and Lollipop binaries, they did not work.
SystemUI.apk only works with the framework-res.apk from original file at

When i install this rom,It says Error Flashing on my phone.I don't know what happen.

Try newer TWRP. You don't need extract zip file.

I flashed the ROM but now I have a phone with no IMEI, no Bandwidth..
Therefore no SIM card recognition, no WIFI connection etc.
I had made a NVRAM back up, but even restoring nothing changes.
What can I do?

Try another (A806 Lenovo original) rom flash with SP flash tool. This rom is for Developpers, has many bugs, sorry.
