THESE SOFTWARE ARE NOT BY ME I M JUST LINKING YOU TO THESE ALL
PORTING ROM MEDIATEK CHIPSET
For Porting Rom YOU need
1. Resolution or the size of the phone should be same
Example > 480*854
>720*1280 etc
2. IF possible use the rom of the phone having Same ChipSet
i.e >MTK6572 Rom forMTK6572
MTK6592 Rom forMTK6592
Now the TOOLS you require
1.CYGWIN
2.ANDROID KITCHEN
3.WINZIP
4.NOTEPAD++
5.Brain and Paitence
Cygwin Download
Download setup.exe for Windows 32-bit or Windows 64-bit
When the setup asks “Choose a download source”, choose Download Without Installing
Go through the rest of the setup (choose download directory, mirrors, software packages you want, etc)
Now you have a Cygwin repository right there on your hard disk. Copy this directory, along with the “setup.exe” program, over to your target computer (it does not need to be on a network).
On the target computer, run “setup.exe”
When the setup asks “Choose a download source”, choose Install From Local Directory
Complete setup as usual. No Internet access is required.
NExt step is first start the Cygwin for the first time
it will open a command promt window and will add some file ..
NOW Download the Android KITCHEN
UNZIp it and copy it to the
Drive/home /computer user name/
drive where your cygwin is installed
copy the entire folder of kitchen dont change the name other then kitchen and donot use the space i any root folder
NOW THE PORTING PART STARTS
Drive/home /computer user name/kitchen/orignal update/paste your Both rom in this folder
I.e
1.BASE ROM (STOCK ROM or the rom currently working on your device well)
2.PORT ROM (ROM which you wanted to port )
NOW
Start the Cygwin from the desktop shortcut
type cd kitchen
press Enter
type ./menu
press Enter
now a option will apper type "00" and enter
now type "28"
to PORT rom press
"a" enter
it will show the suport files present in original folder which placed before
now select the rom which is your base rom
and follow the step
now select the rom you want to port
now for zipping the file you can chosse two method simply by selecting the all the files and in the working folder and add them to zip using winzip software
else you can also use the 8 option from the main menu of the android kitchen
and follow the steps a ported signed rom.zip will be output in the output folder of the android kitchen

its saying i didnt install "clear" app..what to do ?
does this port same ROM but different version?
example..lewa os5 mt65xx to lewa os6 mt65xx?
Yet there is no method to port rom mtk 64 bit socs?

Before the ./menu you must type chmod77 menu and enter.
