     for everyone else, Google Play works fine, and no high temperature at all.

   Confirm camera picture size no 13 M pixels.

   When I run SP flash tool nothing Launches . And when i push volum up and power button I have 3 options that appears : recovery mod , fast mod and normal mod . I choose recovery mod but nothing changes. ( My recovery is twrp ) . Please help me ( And rootjoy does not work )

     The phone MUST be off when you connect it, and then only VOL UP, I dont write anything about power button also in the first steps…..
     Thats only in the step after the flashing….

     - Turn off your phone. (do not have it connected to the PC yet)
     - Press the green "Download" button in SP Flash Tool
     - Now connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable, while you hold VOL UP button down
     - The process will start (let the button go) and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.

     So PLEASE follow the steps 100% an do it correct, your not doing the steps as written!

   Hello,

    

   When i connect Phone to PC and am holding down VOL UP button – nothing happens, if I let go VOL UP button – phone starts charging. If I am holding VOL UP button, phone asks to chose Normal, recovery of fast boot mode.

     I have read some instructions and tried installing USB drivers, but then I still can't flash my phone. After installing USB drivers, phone don't do anything if I am trying to flash it. Have tried with holding Volume button, and withoout holding it – no luck,

     I tried flashing and had problems like yours i had to install the drivers as described here now i see the red bar which incedently was on the pc not the phone that stays black

     @ interceptorshile try another tool dude if failed in that root tool. Androidroot might work just search it.

   For those having trouble with connecting, try removing the battery for a few seconds and then try replacing battery, insert cable while holding volume up

   if that does not work, take out the battery, connect to usb, insert battery only for a few seconds until you see red bar and then take the battery out. ( DO NOT hold any buttons for this method ! )
