Update same rom but rooted.
Official ROM for S4 Mini F9192 ZLR Version: htt72_wet_jb3_0502J001_20130726
Display:4.3 inch IPS FWVGA 854×480
CPU:MTK6572 Dual core 1.3GHz
GPU:Mali 400
RAM 512M / ROM 4GB
Include Gapps – No Rooted
Language support: Multi Lang
Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6572_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
Currently JK_F9192 being ROOT and beautification! After checking to be released!
This site has some of the files are from Taiwan, why do we have to use it to block Taiwan?

Does everything on the rooted ZLR F9192 ROM still work? including the memory card, bluetooth, GPS and mobile networks, are there any know bugs?
After rooting, phone cannot detect external sd card…
Okay thanks, I am still waiting to get my F9192, is it a good phone? does it run genuine Android 4.2.2? will you be building future update roms for it?

Does the F9192 have a strong GPS reciever built-in? can I use it for Google Maps and Navigation?
Hi Jason, phone is good. It will be good if it can be rooted and you can still see the external SD card. As of now, after rooting, my phone cannot detect external SD card, only the internal storage. I unroot back and my external SD card appears. Waiting for the originator to resolve….

I rooted my F9192 with Eroot and the adb-drivers.
@jasoncapetown, yes…gps receiver pretty ok, good for google navigation….I rooted with another chinese rooting software. Now it is extremely perfect….:)
Hi I bought this phone recently. I have problem wiht gps it does not work correctly.
i have gps fix 10-15 min then it found only 4 satellites but accuracy is 10-20m (it junp +- 10m) sometimes it lost signal. gps is not accurate.
