ROM STAR Q9000 – ROM Android 4.2.1
Backup ROM Star Q9000 Version : bird89_wet_c_jb2_05212013
Gapps include – Rooted
Language support: Multilang
Install ROM :
1. Unpack archive with firmware for Flash Tool (Q9000 Firmware)
2. Run Flash_Tool.exe
3. Check : Scatter Loading
4. In the file selection dialog, find the folder with the unpacked firmware and select the scatter file from this folder
5. Remove the check in Flash Tool with a line "PRELOADER"
6. Check : Download – Phone is not connected yet!
7. Connect turned off phone (take out the battery and insert then)
8. The installation process starts. If there is no reaction, remove and reinsert the micro USB cable to the phone
9. We are waiting for the window with a green ring. After that you can close the Flash Tool
10. Turning on the phone
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Why the preloader is fake?? It will work without download preloader??
Always make sure that you trust the sources of the ROM you download and know that it is meant for your phone.
After flashing a wrong preloader, your phone will be completely dead (can't be powered on, it will not charge and won't be detected anymore by the computer) and there is no way to recover it.

Make sure that you are flashing the correct rom for your device if not you may end up with a nice paper weight. Also make it a habit to not flash the PRELOADER and the DSP_BL file even if the backup came from your own device. The site nor the author will not responsible if you brick or damage your device/computer by doing the steps below.

This rom is better than "bird89_wet_c_jb2_05212013" more problem of icon size page 1 ….
I flashed (even with the box checked PRELODER).
No charging and data problem for me.
