1.GO TO SP TOOLS THEN choose the scatter file…..then open the zip file and go to Target bin and choose…..then simply download…….

This is not multilanguage ROM (English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Chinese) and it is available only as SP Flash Tool version. V1 of the rom is available both as TWRP and SP Flash Tool version.
This is most decent ROM I have tried for this device – great battery life and everything works as it should.
There are some customizations when compared to latest (and probably last) official VibeUI, such as Data Usage (like on CM ROMs), Engineering Mode, some options under Advanced Settings, … (see changelog on official forum)
this is a great rom really one of the BEST
the instalation is :
1.install 1631 v1 with TWRP
2 update with SP Flash Tool ???????
V1 has two kind of installations – TWRP and SP Flash Tool
V2 ha only one – SP Flash Tool
