download the file
then move to sd card
then went into TWRP / Recovery mode
select WIPE
select Factory Reset
select Dalvic Cache
select System
select Cache
select Data
select Android Secure
then go back and select a file and search instal A390 HTC Sensef.zip
wait until the process is complete and select again Dalvic Cache / Cache and select reboot.
