     Dont use sp flash tool, sp flash is the one who f****d your phones. so please dont use sp flash even if you know how to deal with it.

     i used this rom on my own phone, i think you shud wipe your dalvik and cache.

     THIS ROM ONLY FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE ROOTED LENOVO A390

     if you have install custom recovery like TWRP or CWM

     so you can only place thos zip file in sdcard then go to recovery, then wipe (system, cache, dalvik &data)

     now go back to main screen, choose install (in TWRP) or install zip from sdcard (in CWM)

     now select this rom zip file,

     the rom will be start to install

     then wipe (only dalvik &cache)

     reboot

     enjoy
