  Android 8.1 and higher was moved Important kernel to /vendor, that help developer to make update easier, So, that's mean they are haven't only /system partition, But they have /vendor partition too, Google calls this "Project Treble"

Please,how do I flash the custom recovery? Do I use SP flash tool or ADB? Can I use it to flash Pexel Experience Rom Non Treble or it has to be only ROMs with Treble I can Install?
