DESCRIPTION
Here is the Vibe 2.5 ROM ported from the A7000-a.
Flash boot and system with the DL download all with checksum option using your original scatter file.
Scatter is not provided here since you need to have the original rom if you mess things up.
I am running this and it is flawless as far as i have tested.
you can also flash this from fastboot
steps to flash in fastboot.:
1) fastboot flash system system.img
2) fastboot flash boot boot.img
ensure you do a factory reset before this and then boot to bootloader to flash this rom.
CWM recovery made by me can help you do this as well. Its on xda search for the A7000 threads.

This is not a good thing to do if your partition size is default. I will suggest you use the zip, add the missing files from stock rom and upgrade with the new scatter. REMEMBER IT NEEDS A 2.6 GB system partition

Hello mine also same problem, did u fix it,if yes then plz share how
i have found the fix
1-uninstall com drivers and reinstall them
2-Connect your phone back the drivers will keep on connecting and disconnecting phn ,,,see in device manager
3-in device manager right click on phone driver immediately when it connects and update driver software by locating previous usb drivers from i have a disk option
4-now phn drivers are installed,,so open sp flash tools and flash only the preloader from stock rom…..connect the phn by holding down volume button….preloader gets installed…now again flash everything from stock rom except preloader….remember to da cheksum ticked.
5-rom gets installed…..but the new problem is u have lost both imei's……dont worry just copy imeis from back of battery…..and rewrite the using an app from playstore name chamelphon apk…..needs root.
just download and rewrit imeis using chamelphon app from playstore…just u need rooted phn
