1. Install R09 Mod https://www.needrom.com/download/ht17-pro-r09-mod/
- dont clean Dalvik
- only clean Data, System and Cache
2. Install via TWRP
- clean Dalvik after first boot

Hi, I cleaned dalvik, data, cache, system, internal SD. Then with twrp I put R09 MOD, and then I applied this version of AICP.
At the first launch, “com.android.media” stopped, and that continuously.
I tried to send or receive a call / SMS, unsuccessfully.
I used openGAPP (latest stock version) thinking about solving worries but still can not send or receive a call / sms. Always the same problem with “com.android.media” has stopped.
Too bad because unlike the original R09, this rom AICP launched the apps perfectly at the start of the device.

it works for me, without cleaning dalvik.
only wipe to factory-default: boot,system, data
you should get it to work if you install R9 mod again, boot to recovery, do a normal factory-reset and install this rom
