we've Completely stable CM13.but we didn't have completely stable CM13 based fully customizable ROMs like RR or AICP.every build I found have at least some minor bugs.I've got this one almost bugless so far…with one or two minor bugs
so all I did is just patched(modem)+fixed(BT headphone) it..
I think… Everything is working…
including Offline charging,BT headset,Modem,Youtube zoom fixed,DT2W etc
Flashing process..
1.I will recommend to use this TWRP…https://www.needrom.com/download/twrp-3-0-0-2/
2.Wipe System,data,cache,delvic
3.Flash ROM
4.Flash Gapps-(use opengapps-arm64-pico)
5.Reboot

I normally get 3.30-4.00 hours of SOT.. mixed use..btw, I don’t use DT2W… u may get more juice by changing governor in settings->performance
I could not test 4G…cause we don’t have 4G here yet…

I don't have modem problems here. I'm not Jio user.
I think Jio takes up different frequencies here (especially for this device) than your 4G operator.
try these->
1.there’s band mode options under Settings->sim cards..
2.see if it’s set to LTE in settings->sim cards->sim 1/2 settings->preferred network type
see if they works
DT2W does not work, in settings when trying to set it it says “Gesture file not found”. Any solution? Thanks!!
try to download kernel adiutor and look if there is a wakeup option
