The wifi loses signal all the time
Also it has much less languages than these that you have uploaded in screenshot
Make a full wipe in recovery mode (twrp). This is required after a new rom flash. I use same rom now and have all those languages

Try to uninstall all phone drivers manually. Stop internet connection. Now connect your phone at computer and wait to install your good drivers. After that you could flash standard rom to your phone. It's important to determine your phone model to have not another bad flashing. My rom it's not for your phone, because it's not 6043D, maybe uou have 6043 single sim or an fake phone. Sorry
Try also to access TWRP, press power + volume up button together. First you must have phone off (without any sound or light in background). For power off press power for 30 sec
