    Greetings!
    I have ALCATEL OT A463BG (TRACFONE, Pixi GLITZ, mt6582!!!)
    When I try to put the recovery and flash firmware from 4009d .. he got into the bootloop ..
    There is no SCATTER file and no original firmware from a563bg!
    In our country there is only information about the 4009 version.. 
    What can be done?
